Our accounting
practice is led by Mr. Michael Chidiebere Uwakwe. A second class upper division
accounting graduate of Imo State University Owerri, Mr. Uwakwe has over ten
years experience navigating in the waters of accounting and finance. He has
spent the majority of his career helping early stage, start-ups and high-growth
companies set up the proper infrastructure and controls to effectively manage
their businesses, perform due diligence for acquisitions and handle and manage
critical aspects of finance and accounting.
Mr. Uwakwe has
worked with Nigerian Bottling Company PLC, ABC Transport PLC, Diamond Bank PLC,
and has been an auditor for several hotels, filling stations and SMEs in Owerri
metropolis and beyond. He has, in view, the membership of Institute of
Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Mr. Emmanuel Njoku
is also a key member of Professional Accounting and Auditing Services. He holds
a B.Sc. in Accounting from Imo State University Owerri and an M. Sc. in
Financial Management Technology from FUTO.
A member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Mr. Njoku has
over 10 years cognate experience in auditing, treasury and financial services
of firms.
Mr. Njoku has worked
with Ugodurumba Enterprises Limited, and is currently the Treasury Head, ABC
Transport PLC.
